Note: All New Investigator and Poster presenters will need to be registered to attend the meeting to present.
Registration Fees:
- TSANZ/ANZSRS Ordinary Members - $205
- TSANZ/ANZSRS Members (earning less than $125k) / Associate Members - $80
- TSANZ/ANZSRS Student Members - $55
- Non-Members - $300
Registration includes the full day conference sessions on Friday 8 August followed by the conference dinner.
Please indicate during the registration process if you will be staying to attend the dinner, and please ensure that if you have any dietary requirements that they are noted in the registration form. Dietary requirements that are not specified prior to the event will not be catered for.
Note: For ANZSRS members who are not TSANZ members, please note you be asked for your ANZSRS membership number which will be checked for current and valid ANZSRS membership.
Code of Conduct
Attendees are required to adhere to the TSANZ Code of Conduct at all TSANZ meetings and events.
Event Cancellation
If you register to attend the meeting and are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing TSANZevents@thoracic.org.au.
TSANZ will not refund registration fees for cancellations, unless there are exceptional circumstances. All applications will be considered by the Chief Executive Officer on a case-by-case basis and the Chief Executive Officer's decision on each case will be final. Refund of registration fees will incur an administrative fee of $50.00 (inclusive GST), which will be deducted before registration fees are refunded.
Attendee Criteria
Please note that attendance at this event is not open to the general public or consumers. Employees of pharmaceutical, medical technology, or medical device companies—as well as individuals employed by organisations with a commercial, service-based, or charitable interest in respiratory or sleep health (such as charities, law firms, consultancies, or training providers)—may only attend if their organisation is an official event sponsor or they have received explicit approval from TSANZ Head Office. This aligns with the TSANZ Partner Member category, which outlines that Partner Members are not eligible to attend Branch or TSANZ-sponsored events unless explicitly permitted. If you are unsure about your eligibility or would like to discuss sponsorship options, please contact us at TSANZevents@thoracic.org.au.
